We are seeking a Real Estate & Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our owner and assist in the seamless operation of our new construction projects. This multifaceted role encompasses administrative duties, project coordination, personal assistance, and social media management. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess a keen interest in the real estate and construction sectors.?

? Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.?
Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare documents.?
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.?
Project Coordination:
Assist in preparing and managing project documentation.?
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project timelines are met.?
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the owner.?

Personal Assistance:
Manage personal errands and tasks as assigned by the owner.?
Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.?
Handle confidential information with discretion.?
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance McCarson Homes' online presence.?
Create engaging content, including posts, images, and videos, to showcase projects and company updates.?
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the community.?
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.?
???? Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role; experience in real estate or construction is a plus.?
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.?
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.?
Ability to work independently and take initiative.?
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.?
Familiarity with Houston's real estate market is advantageous.?
