Responsibilities
Analyzing and reviewing legal contracts, title commitments, closing documents, and leasing agreements
Facilitating communication between the Attorney, property owners, lenders, clients, and real estate agents
Examining property legal descriptions and title documents
Maintaining clients and real estate agents informed of progress made with the real estate transactions
Preparing documents for the lawyer's review

Qualifications
A degree in paralegal studies or similar is advantageous
Possessing a post-bachelor paralegal certification with a real estate emphasis is preferred
Five years of experience working as a real estate paralegal for a USA law firm is preferred
Knowledge of real estate processing software, such as Qualia is recommended
An Associate's degree in a related field is beneficial
