Real Estate Paralegal

We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Title Processor to join our team. This position offers the chance to provide both pre and post-closing assistance, as well as clerical support for title closers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers
- Setting up files for title processing
- Handling title clearance, estoppels, and payoff
- Assisting with loan fulfillment

In this role, you will work exclusively with one client and be placed in a permanent, long-term position.
