JOB OVERVIEW

Real Estate Media Virtual Assistant
We are a real estate photography and media company based in Florida, specializing in high-quality real estate visuals. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
--> Quality Control (QC) & Media Management
- Cull raw files – remove duplicates and bad angles before sending them to editors.
- Review and verify edited photos (sharpness, color accuracy, alignment, client requests, etc).
- Request re-edits when needed and coordinate with editors.
- Upload and deliver media to clients using our internal platform.
- Manage 3D tours – edit, create virtual walkthroughs, and verify address accuracy.
- Ensure floor plan accuracy, including measurements.
- Update listings on our content platform, ensuring correct deliverables.
- Verify client details and invoices before sending listings to agents.

--> Basic Photo Editing
- Object removal (e.g., wires, pets, cars).
- Grass replacement only if needed.
- Light touch-ups and corrections if required.

--> Social Media Management (Bonus Per Client Acquired!) (Optional but a plus!)
- Create and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with potential clients, respond to messages, and grow brand awareness.
- Bonus for each client acquired through social media efforts!

What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-oriented – Ability to spot imperfections and ensure top-notch quality.
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable with file uploads/downloads, online tools, and Photoshop.
- Reliable & Organized – Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communicator – Fluent in English, professional, and proactive.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Fast, reliable internet – Ability to handle large file uploads/downloads (3GB+).
- Experience with real estate media or similar industries.
- Familiarity with 3D tour editing tools & video editing software (a plus!).
- Proficiency in Dropbox, Google Drive, and project management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail – able to spot and correct visual imperfections.
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
--> You can expect to work 2-4 hours per day (depending on workload), 5 days a week, typically between:
9 AM – 1 PM EST (9 PM – 1 AM Philippine Time)
8 PM – 12 AM EST (8 AM – 12 PM Philippine Time)
--> Pay: $5–$8 per hour, depending on experience.
