Real Estate Lead Managers

???? ROLE OVERVIEW

We are a real estate investment company running high-volume SMS campaigns for vacant land.

Your job is to manage inbound SMS responses, negotiate via text, qualify leads, and correctly update two CRM pipelines:
1. Offers Pipeline (property-level)
2. Agent Pipeline (relationship-level)

This role is fast-paced, process-driven, and structured.


? RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage SMS conversations inside GoHighLevel
• Send offers
• Negotiate via text
• Qualify and unqualify leads
• Create and update Opportunities in the Offers Pipeline
• Assign agents to correct Agent Pipeline tier
• Capture key info based on the market.
• Handle follow-ups and basic cold calls when required
• Keep clean, detailed CRM notes at all times


???? REQUIREMENTS
• GoHighLevel experience (required)
• SMS lead management or real estate VA experience preferred
• Strong written English (text clarity matters)
• Comfortable handling high message volume
• Detail-oriented and process-focused
• Reliable internet and availability during listed hours
• VPN
