Real Estate Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented virtual assistant who can consistently pull county level data to build high quality real estate lead lists. This role focuses on creating and delivering a high volume of accurate lists including preforeclosures, absentee owners, tax delinquencies, and tired landlords. The ideal candidate has prior experience sourcing data directly from county websites and understands how to navigate assessor, recorder, clerk, and tax sites. Experience using software or custom tools to scrape county websites and pull fresh, up to date data is required or strongly preferred. This person must be able to verify data accuracy and deliver lists on a consistent schedule for outbound marketing.
