Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Go High Level and be able to effectively integrate various lead sources into our Creative REI CRM system. This role will be instrumental in streamlining our operations and ensuring a seamless flow of leads and transactions.
Responsibilities:
CRM Integration: Integrate and configure multiple lead sources (e.g., Ispeed to lead,
Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing CRM workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
Lead Management: Track and manage lead generation activities, including follow-ups and conversions.
Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of real estate marketing campaigns.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to CRM systems and real estate investing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working with Go High Level and CRM systems.
Strong understanding of real estate investing principles and processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in lead generation, transaction coordination, or contract fulfillment is a plus.
