Are you a high-energy communicator who is fluent in English? We are looking for elite Cold Callers to join our real estate investment team. Your job would be to connect with U.S. homeowners, build instant rapport, and identify those ready to sell their properties.
This is a performance-driven role for someone who loves the "thrill of the hunt" and wants to earn significant commissions on top of a steady salary.
Role Overview:
Shift: 4 hours per day (20 hours per week).
Salary: $4/hour. (To rise to $5/+hour with good performance.)
Performance Commission: $50-$100 per every closed deal
Schedule: Monday through Friday (5 days/week).
Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST (Primary) or 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM PST.
Payment: Salary paid every Friday or Saturday + Performance Commission (paid per signed deal).
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting: Making high-volume cold calls to property owners in the U.S.
Lead Qualification: Identifying seller's motivation, property condition, and urgency.
Data Management: Accurately logging every call and update in our GoHighLevel CRM.
Strict Compliance: Using our required time-tracker and call-recording software for quality assurance and coaching.
What We Are Looking For:
Fluent conversational English: As you'll be calling U.S. homeowners, a good to great fluency in conversational English is mandatory.
Resilience: You can handle "No" with a smile and keep your energy high for the next call.
Tech Ready: You must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection, a noise-canceling headset, and a quiet workspace.
Coachability: You are open to having your calls recorded and reviewed to sharpen your sales skills.
