Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
Join a Results-Driven Real Estate Team

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to support our growing real estate business through lead generation, follow-up, and appointment setting.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and working within a structured system designed for success. Your primary role will be to connect with prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls, send text messages, and conduct follow-up communications
Respond promptly to new leads
Build rapport and maintain relationships with prospective clients
Qualify buyers and sellers based on motivation and timeline
Schedule appointments for agents
Accurately update and maintain CRM records
Track daily activity and performance metrics
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and role-play sessions
Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, appointment setting, or call center environments is preferred but not required.
