Real Estate Focused - VA

We are seeking a Spanish and English speaking VA to help manage our rental portfolio. To receive calls from tenants, arrange repairs with maintenance man and contractors. This job is to provide us with assistance in our rental management business. We use an App for maintenance requests that will also have to be looked over and assisted with. Incoming calls may be for maintenance requests, payment questions, or tenant onboarding questions, among other things. Many of our tenants are spanish speaking so we will need a Bi-lingual speaker both English and Spanish. We will need on call from 9am to 6pm each day as well as available outside those hours for emergency maintenance requests or issues. This should only be active working 1-3 hour per day estimated.
