Real Estate Data Analyst & Market Research VA

We are a real estate and land investing business. We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Analyst or Assistant to help with real estate market research and data analysis.

Most of this job will be researching new markets, preparing comparable sales data, and analyzing data in MS Excel. You will need to use some Excel formulas.

This is a part-time role working very closely with the business owner, who has a professional career in commercial real estate. The owner will also provide training and mentorship which you will find particularly valuable if you plan to develop your career in real estate.

This job will require 2 hours per day from 2pm - 4pm Pacific Time (6am - 8am Manila Time).
You MUST be available to work during these hours. The pay is $5 per hour.

As the business grows, there may be opportunities for extra hours, pay raises or bonuses.

Responsibilities:
- Research comparable properties on Zillow, Redfin, and other platforms.
- Organize and analyze the data in Microsoft Excel.
- Use Trello to keep projects organized.
- Provide summaries and insights to assist decision-making.
- Be available at the specific hours specified above.

Requirements:
- 1+ year experience as a Real Estate Analyst or VA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (This job will require using formulas)
- Reliable internet and computer.
- Strong attention to detail
