OZ GROUP — CONTENT CREATOR Remote | Full-Time | Reports to Head of Agent Services $6–$8/hour

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Content Creator is responsible for executing the full scope of content creation, video editing, social media management, podcast support, and agent marketing for Oz Group and Oz Group leadership. This is a high-output, detail-oriented role that requires a strong creative eye, brand discipline, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
The ideal candidate brings a human, emotional, and authentic voice to every piece of content produced. This is not a role for someone who wants to post and disappear. You will be the engine behind a growing brand — and the right person will take serious pride in that.
A background in real estate content is a strong advantage — if you already speak the language of listings, agents, and market positioning, you'll hit the ground running.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Video Production
Produce and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts on a consistent weekly basis
Create static posts with proper tagging, collaborator credits, and geo-tags
Write captions that are human, emotional, and valuable — AI tools may be used to draft but the final voice must be yours. No AI language. No hyphens. No jargon.
All posts and captions must be submitted to your direct manager for approval prior to posting
Create weekly Power Up deck content, newsletter emails, presentation decks, PDF checklists, and other design assets as directed
Podcast Management
Own the full podcast production process from editing to distribution across YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts
Pull and edit short-form clips from each episode and distribute across social platforms
Manage the full guest booking workflow through Follow Up Boss including outreach, follow-ups, tagging, and prep communication
Create episode thumbnails per the established format for every episode
Social Media & Engagement
Engage consistently with team and industry content across platforms
Monitor and respond to DMs and comments or escalate appropriately
Grow social connections by adding real estate contacts and engaging with professionals who interact with Oz Group content per the SOP
Agent Support & Templates
Organize and maintain all Canva templates in clearly labeled folders
Support agents with listing content, personal branding templates, and marketing materials
Monitor and respond to content request form submissions promptly and deliver within the instructed timeframe
Agent Onboarding Support
Execute all media-related onboarding tasks when triggered in Follow Up Boss
Create onboarding graphics, business cards, email signatures, social welcome posts, and Power Up slides for every new agent
Add new agents to all Oz Group social platforms and engage per the SOP
Pipeline Tracking & Meeting Support
Prepare and maintain accurate pipeline data for weekly Power Up meetings
Track listing and transaction status updates on a weekly basis
Ensure all meeting data is ready and accurate before the Monday 8:30 AM EST deadline
Workflow & Project Management
Update project status daily using the Content Organizer
Respond to Follow Up Boss tasks within 15 minutes of being tagged
Attend Monday Power Up meetings, daily end-of-day check-ins with your manager, and Level 10 meetings at the 90-day mark
Handle ad hoc requests and updates as they arise
Standards & Brand Consistency
All content must reflect the Oz Group brand identity and elevated real estate positioning at all times
Track content performance and bring proactive ideas to improve strategy
Maintain a positive, collaborative, and adaptable attitude at all times

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
Stable, reliable internet connection required at all times during working hours
Consistent power access is mandatory.
Daily stand-up required every day for the first 90 days without exception
Content Creator Daily Tracker must be completed by end of each business day
All content must be free of AI language, hyphens, and jargon
All posts must be approved by your direct manager before publishing
Agent and leadership requests must be acknowledged immediately upon receipt

You produce elevated, polished designs that look intentional — not templated
Your video edits are clean, elevated, on-brand, and hold attention from the first second
You write the way real people talk. Your captions make people feel something, not just scroll past
You can look at a piece of content and immediately know if it's good enough to represent a brand people trust
You take ownership and don't need to be told twice. If something needs to be done, you do it
Deadlines, accuracy, and follow-through aren't things you need to be reminded about.
You can manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing quality or missing details
You bring fresh creative ideas to the table and proactively look for ways to make the brand better
You want to grow with a team, not just complete tasks and clock out

Pay: $6–$8/hour
