WHAT YOU’LL DO:

? Run property comps in real time before seller appointments
? Research property details using county sites, MLS, Zillow, Redfin, and ----------
? Add accurate property information and notes into GoHighLevel
? Underwrite properties using our offer calculator
? Identify anything that may impact value, such as permits, lot size, or unusual comps
? When comps are difficult, make your best educated estimate and explain your logic
? Help with related admin work

YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU:

? Are accurate, careful, and detail-oriented
? Take pride in organized, reliable work
? Prefer clear expectations and consistent processes
? Can stay calm and focused when tasks need to be completed quickly
? Learn on your own, ask good questions, and look for ways to improve

COMPENSATION:

? $1,000 per month base
? Earn up to $200 in additional bonuses each month

THE STANDARD:

? Full time
? Monday–Friday with occasional help needed for last minute weekend appointments
? Work hours are 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST with 1 hour lunch break
