Real Estate Cold Caller Virtual Assistant

INITIAL SALARY $400 PER MONTH + 10% COMMISION SPLIT (~ $1,000+)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant to assist with cold calling leads for our real estate wholesaling business. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential property sellers, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our team to close deals. You will be the first point of contact for property owners and play a crucial role in helping us grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct cold calls to property owners from provided lists (leads, distressed properties, etc.)
2. Qualify leads by gathering information on the property and the seller’s motivation to sell
3. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor on all calls, even in the face of rejection
4. Enter accurate and detailed information into CRM systems
5. Set up appointments for the acquisition team or follow-up on leads as directed
6. Track call metrics such as talk time, number of calls, appointments set, etc.
7. Follow up with leads as required and ensure timely communication
8. Report daily, weekly, and monthly progress, results, and insights
