1. Making calls with auto dialer to motivated home owners (Batchdialer)
2. Asking if they're interested in selling
3. Asking how much they want
4. Set a time for me to call them back for further negotiations.

A few things I want to make sure before you apply...

1) Are you fine cold calling Saturday from 9am-6:30pm CST / with 1 hour break from 1pm-2pm CST
2) Are you fine with the pay of $80/monthly
3) Are you fine with $30 bonus every month for perfect attendance
4) Are you fine with $500 commission for every property we purchase
