Real Estate Cold Caller

Looking for an experienced cold caller to follow up with expired listings and FSBO homeowners and book appointments on my calendar. If you're confident on the phone and great at handling objections, I want to hear from you!

I'm a real estate agent looking for an experienced cold caller to follow up with expired listings and FSBO (For Sale By Owner) homeowners. People whose homes didn't sell or who are trying to sell on their own. These are motivated sellers but they can be guarded, skeptical, and sometimes frustrated, so objection handling is a must.

I'll send you a list of leads who already received a text from me earlier in the day. Your job is to follow up by phone, build quick rapport, overcome objections, and get them to agree to a meeting with me.

What a typical day looks like:
I send you a list of expired and FSBO leads
You call them the same day within a couple hours
You handle objections and keep the conversation moving
If someone wants to meet, you book it on my calendar

What I'm looking for:
Experience cold calling in real estate, insurance, or similar industries
Strong objection handling skills
Fluent English with a confident phone presence
Reliable internet and phone setup
Must have your own dialer or be familiar with BatchDialer

10–15 hours per week
US morning hours
Weekly pay
Performance bonus for appointments booked
