About Us
We are a real estate investment and acquisitions company that buys and sells residential properties. Our team specializes in working with motivated sellers, and we’re looking for an experienced cold caller to help us generate quality leads and set appointments.
Role & Responsibilities
Make 300–500 outbound calls per day to homeowners using our auto-dialer.
Follow scripts to engage prospects, qualify leads, and handle objections.
Collect and accurately enter lead information into our CRM.
Set appointments for our acquisitions team with motivated sellers.
Stay professional and persuasive while maintaining a positive, helpful attitude.
Qualifications
Must have prior cold calling experience (real estate wholesale experience required).
Strong, confident, and clear English communication skills.
Comfortable following scripts but able to adapt in conversation.
Proven ability to handle objections and keep a prospect engaged.
Quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet, computer, and headset.
Familiarity with dialer systems (e.g., Mojo, ReadyMode, CallTools) and CRM software is a plus.
