Real Estate Cold Caller

READ THIS ENTIRE JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING — Brock Estates LLC is a U.S.-based wholesale real estate investment company looking for an experienced Cold Caller / Virtual Assistant to help generate motivated seller leads and assist with daily operations. We’re seeking someone reliable, fluent in English, confident on the phone, and ready to grow long-term with our team. This is a part-time position calling Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST, with potential to move into full-time if pay and performance make sense. Pay is $4 per hour, paid weekly if part-time or bi-weekly if full-time through PayPal or Wise. The role includes calling motivated seller leads using BatchLeads / BatchDialer, sending follow-up texts, tagging and updating leads inside the CRM, and helping with other administrative or follow-up tasks as needed. Applicants must have prior cold calling experience (real estate experience preferred), must have used BatchDialer or BatchLeads, must speak fluent English, and must have a fast, reliable internet connection with a quiet work environment.
