Digsy is looking for rockstar Cold Callers to help our Commercial Real Estate agents reach out to leads!

Role: Real Estate Cold Caller

Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time, USA Time zone

Pay: $5/Hour USD

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Cold call and qualify potential prospects
- Update prospect information in CRM systems
- Research prospects to find email addresses and other contact information

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Previous cold calling and/or skip tracing experience
- Real Estate experience
- Experience with GSuite (Google Workspace), Microsoft Office programs, and CRM tools
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Agile and results driven
- Computer Requirements
For Windows:
- Intel i3 or above
- 8GB or above
- Windows 10 or above
For Mac:
- M1 chip or above
- 8GB or above
- macOS Ventura or Monterey
- At least 128GB storage
Internet Speed Minimum Requirements:
- Download - 20 mbps
- Upload - 10 mbps
