Real Estate & Brand Video Editor (Final Cut Pro / Premiere Pro)

Avery & Bryant is a real estate media and creative company in the US. We produce video for real estate
? listings, agents, and a range of business clients. We're looking for ONE reliable, creative, full-time
? video editor to become the backbone of our editing pipeline.

? What you'll edit:
? - Real estate listing videos (walkthroughs, cinematic property tours, aerial/drone footage)
? - Talking-head videos for agents and business owners (interviews, promos, social clips)
? - Short-form social content (Reels, TikToks, vertical cuts) and long-form videos (YouTube, full
? features)
? - Branded content for non-real-estate clients
?
? What we need from you:
? - Strong creative eye — pacing, music sync, color, clean text/graphics, storytelling
? - Fast, organized turnarounds with consistent quality
? - You edit in Final Cut Pro OR Adobe Premiere Pro (required). You must be able to hand off a clean,
? organized project file when we need to make a quick internal adjustment on our end.
? - Excellent written and spoken English — clear communication is non-negotiable
? - Reliable high-speed internet (for downloading/uploading large 4K files daily)
? - Your own capable editing computer
? - Available full-time and responsive during US Central business hours

? Bonus (not required):
? - Motion graphics / After Effects
? - Color grading experience
? - Experience with real estate or property media
? - DaVinci Resolve
