Job Description
As a Real Estate ISA, you will play a crucial role in our success by qualifying leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting them in their real estate journey. Your efforts will directly contribute to the achievements of our sales team and the overall growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Call and nurture leads for our client accounts.
Prospecting: Contact potential home buyers and sellers to generate interest.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments between clients and potential buyers/sellers.
KPI Achievement: Meet agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within set deadlines.
Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve lead inquiries promptly.
Follow-up: Set follow-up appointments to keep leads informed about the latest developments.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
Language: Fluent in English, with minimal to no accent preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with prospects and strong negotiation skills.
Work Ethic: Deadline and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
