Role Overview:
We're seeking a driven Remote Real Estate Agent to spearhead our listing acquisition and villa management contract efforts. You'll be responsible for growing our portfolio of properties and securing management contracts, leveraging our proven success and Koh Samui's thriving market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Listing Acquisition (Sales & Rentals)
- Partner with local agencies to access their listings initially
- Negotiate favorable commission-sharing agreements (aim for 50/50 splits)
- Transition to securing direct listings from property owners
- Target: 8-10 new listings per month (mix of upper-mid and luxury segments)

2. Villa Management Contract Acquisition
- Convert 15% of inquiries into villa management clients
- Offer personalized ROI audits to property owners
- Pitch our "Revenue Optimization Packages" with guaranteed occupancy rates
- Use our Villa's 22% ROI case study in pitches

3. Strategic Partnerships
- Develop relationships with luxury concierge services, yacht charters, and relocation agencies
- Establish a referral network with a 20% commission structure
- Partner with legal advisors specializing in Thai property law

4. Client Relations
- Conduct virtual property tours for potential buyers and renters, and coordinate viewing with local representant
- Resolve client objections related to Thai property laws

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in real estate sales and property management
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual tour technologies
- Excellent communication skills in English (Thai language is a plus)
