JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for an organized, proactive Administrative VA to support my fast-growing real estate business in Central Florida. This role is perfect for someone who loves systems, details, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes — so I can stay focused on serving clients and selling real estate.

? Responsibilities (Admin + Light Marketing Support)
???? Real Estate Administrative Support

Database cleanup and ongoing maintenance (Follow Up Boss, Lofty, etc.)

Transaction support: uploading docs, chasing signatures, file organization

Preparing listing paperwork, addenda, disclosures, and MLS input sheets

Creating buyer/seller onboarding checklists and workflows

Scheduling inspections, photography, vendors, and contractor appointments

Research support (HOAs, zoning, utilities, school zones, vendor quotes)

Weekly deadline management: inspections, deposits, survey dates, contingencies

Inbox monitoring + calendar organization

Preparing showing itineraries + pulling MLS sheets

Maintaining trackers for deals, referrals, birthdays, home anniversaries

???? Event & Vendor Coordination

Researching and vetting qualified vendors and contractors

Sourcing venues for client appreciation events + masterminds

Getting quotes, negotiating prices, and coordinating logistics

???? Light Marketing Support (Admin-Level)

(No heavy editing or branding required — everything is template-based.)

Uploading my videos to social media and YouTube

Adding titles, descriptions, hashtags, and thumbnails

Creating simple flyers from existing Canva templates

Posting content to multiple platforms

Managing and updating my Google Business page

Sending email newsletters from pre-built templates

Tracking content analytics (views, engagement, leads)

? Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience in real estate admin or TC work

Proficiency in:

Follow Up Boss
Lofty / CINC
Dotloop
SkySlope
Canva

Excellent communication + written skills

Highly organized, fast learner, self-motivated

Able to anticipate needs and create order from chaos

Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Canva, and MLS familiarity (bonus)

? This Role Is NOT:

???? Heavy video editing
???? Graphic design from scratch
???? Branding or marketing strategy
???? Copywriting long-form blogs or ads
???? Website building

(If you can do any of those, that’s a bonus, not a requirement.)
