We are a dynamic real estate investment company specializing in multi-unit residential properties in Chicago. We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to help us acquire properties and expand our portfolio.

This role is highly results-driven—you will be responsible for hitting key weekly performance metrics (KPIs) and ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads.

Job Description
As our Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, contacting, and nurturing potential property sellers. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed our weekly KPIs:
? 3,000 sends per week (across SMS, email, ringless voicemail, and other channels)
? 50 seller contacts per week (genuine conversations with property owners)
? 5 offers per week (qualified sellers receiving a purchase offer)

Your primary responsibilities will include:
-Managing & optimizing lead generation campaigns via SMS (BatchLeads), ringless voicemail (DropCowboy), and potentially other channels.
-Managing leads and follow-ups via our Podio CRM.
-Providing insights and recommendations to improve processes and systems.
-Searching for leads through multiple sources including Zillow, the local MLS, Chicago Land Bank, and more.
-Consistently reaching out to sellers and gauging their motivation to sell (almost all incoming leads; very little cold calling).
-Setting up calls with the Acquisition Manager for high-potential leads.
-Scheduling inspection appointments and ensuring follow-ups.
-Gathering and analyzing property data for better decision-making.

Requirements:
-Fluent in English (must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively).
-Strong people and communication skills (ability to handle seller objections).
-High attention to detail and organizational skills (to keep lead flow optimized).
-Ability to work during U.S. Central Time (8 AM - 8 PM, Monday - Friday).
-Experience in Real Estate acquisitions & lead generation.

Strongly preferred:
-Experience with BatchLeads and Podio.
-Self-motivated and results-oriented (this role requires proactive outreach and persistence).
