**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct daily outbound text messaging (SMS) and phone outreach to potential sellers.
- Obtain detailed information from sellers regarding property conditions.
- Identify and evaluate seller motivation to effectively prioritize appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain engaging, personable, and informative interactions with sellers to ascertain critical property insights.
- Efficiently manage leads using CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Display determination and consistently achieve or surpass assigned performance goals.
**Qualifications:**
- Preferred educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Sales, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal, particularly in initiating and successfully scheduling appointments.
- C2 Level Advanced English proficiency.
- Access to a reliable computer and internet connection and a quiet working environment.
**Working Hours:**
- 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Flexible schedule between 10 am – 7 pm EST.
