About Us: Atlas Property Ventures is an ambitious, up-and-coming real estate wholesaling company with the goal of rapidly growing operations across Arizona. We specialize in helping homeowners sell their properties quickly and efficiently for cash. As part of our expansion, we're seeking a motivated and charismatic Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview: The Acquisition Specialist is the key player in driving our company's growth. The specialist’s primary goal is to build and maintain a pipeline of off-market, distressed properties that need cash offers by engaging and maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents. The specialist utilizes a CRM system for automated text follow-ups and regularly performs calls to build rapport and ensure a steady stream of property deals. This role requires an emotionally intelligent self-starter with excellent communication skills, a knack for building rapport, and a passion for meeting new people.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Conduct initial outreach to real estate agents and realtors, securing their opt-in for text communication.

CRM Management & Follow-Up:
Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to automate follow-up processes.
Perform manual follow-up calls regularly to maintain strong relationships with agents.
Notify the Acquisition Manager immediately upon identifying potential leads.

Relationship Building & Call Quality:
Engage with agents in a charismatic and personable manner

What We’re Looking For:
Charismatic Communicator: You love talking to new people and have a natural ability to build relationships quickly.
Self-Starter: You’re an independent "go-getter" who thrives in a remote work environment and takes initiative without micromanagement.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks well, and ensure no detail is overlooked.
Positive Attitude & Resilience: You handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive outlook, always seeking to improve.
Tech-Savvy: Experience using the CRM "GoHighLevel" is preferred. You should also be comfortable with remote work tools like Discord and WhatsApp.
Sales or Customer Service Background: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Real estate experience is a plus.
English Proficiency: You are extremely proficient in English and clear to understand.

Reliable Internet: You must have a stable internet connection and be able to provide proof via screenshots.

What We Offer:
Salary: $500/month, with a commitment of 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday).
Bonus Structure: Earn an additional $100 bonus for every closed contract.
