React Native App Programmer

I need a highly confident and professional programmer that can develop an app in React Native with some basic UX/UI knowledge. I am looking for someone with 5+ years of experience and can provide examples of apps they have already personally developed that I can download and use. I need someone reliable who can complete this job in the next few weeks. My deadline for completion is February 15. I will require the use of 12 apply points when applying for this job to be considered. Although this is for an initial app in MVP version, if the job is done well, I will likely have the person hired to continue the development of the app for many months. The current app needing to be created already has all the graphics needed and wireframes completed. The UX/UI is basic for the current version and the person applying for this job should be able to take what I will provide them and build the app. The app will have 4 simple screens and should only take a week or two to create. There is some custom programming that will be required so I am looking for someone who can create custom features and capabilities.
