ROCKSTAR Nonprofit Recruiter

All Points Ahead (APA) is a recruiting and training company serving nonprofit organizations throughout the United States.

We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a proven track record recruiting nonprofit professionals in the United States. This is NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL recruiting role and it is not a general virtual assistant position.

We are looking for someone who can independently source, engage, screen, and present qualified nonprofit candidates.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
• Identifying organizations and talent pools to recruit from
• Sourcing nonprofit candidates
• Locating candidate contact information
• Building and maintaining candidate databases
• Organizing and categorizing prospects
• Conducting candidate outreach
• Conducting screening interviews
• Recording interviews using video capture software
• Uploading those videos to a shared folder
• Using AI tools to summarize interviews
• Creating candidate presentation books
• Creating weekly reports illustrating your progress
• Scheduling interviews and appointments
• Other recruiting-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
DO NOT APPLY unless you meet all of the following requirements:
• MASTERY of written and spoken English
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time recruiting experience within the U.S. nonprofit sector
• Experience recruiting nonprofit fundraising professionals in the United States
• Ability to conduct interviews during U.S. business hours when needed
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite for candidate sourcing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using additional sourcing tools and exporting candidate information into Excel or similar databases
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using AI tools to summarize interviews and create recruiting documentation

Schedule
This is a remote position.

You may set your own schedule except when attending company-provided training, conducting candidate interviews, or participating in tea ---------- etings.

Compensation
$10 USD per hour.

• SignalHire
• ContactOut
• HireEZ
• SeekOut
• Other sourcing platforms

4. Screening Interview Experience
Approximately how many candidate screening interviews have you personally conducted during the past 12 months?

5. Written Communication Sample
In 150 words or less, write a candidate outreach message you would send to a Senior Director of Development candidate for a nonprofit leadership search.
