You will handle inbound calls, and direct their concern to designated departments ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

You will play a crucial role in communicating with our whole team along with our clients. Your ability to think outside of the box and maintain clear communication will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with the necessary team/department to address customer concern.

Maintain professionalism and composure despite call outcome.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns.
