ROCKSTAR Assistant Wanted - SOP Creator, Highly Organized, Super Responsive & Friendly

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person with excellent verbal and written communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal & writing skills, as well as experience in creating, editing and enhancing documentation.
In addition, this position will conduct outreach calls to introduce our company, conduct follow ups, build relationships with customers followed by regular virtual communication and collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain various types of documentation, including user manuals, training materials, customer ordering guides, and runbooks for staff
Update and revise existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with staff to gather information and ensure technical accuracy of documentation
Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, and style
Organize and manage documentation files and folders
Use project management tools and techniques to track and manage documentation projects
Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality documentation
Hours 6 AM to 2 PM Hawaii Standard Time (Starting once established can be flexible)
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in creating and enhancing documentation
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Experience with open source documentation tools and software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
$5 to $10 per hour, commensurate with experience and work quality
A 13th-month bonus will be paid in two installments. The first half will be paid after six months, contingent upon satisfactory performance. The second half will be paid after six more months, also contingent upon satisfactory performance.
Paid time off (PTO) is granted after one year of service. PTO is 2 weeks 80 Hours
