**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Revit Modeler to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Your primary responsibility will be to convert detailed architectural designs from SketchUp into BIM models using Revit. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in both SketchUp and Revit, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of architectural workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Convert architectural designs from SketchUp into accurate and detailed BIM models using Revit.
- Ensure all BIM models are in compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret design intent and translate it effectively into BIM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the conversion process.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files, ensuring smooth handoff to the next phase of the project.

**Qualifications**:
- Strong proficiency in both SketchUp and Revit is required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural modeling, with a focus on BIM.
- Experience in converting SketchUp models to BIM using Revit.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.

**Work Arrangement**:
This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while collaborating with our global team. We prefer candidates based in the Philippines but are open to other qualified remote candidates.
