Compensation: Base pay

We are booking 120+ sales calls per month and are looking to recruit a part-time KILLER DM setter to help us qualify HOT leads.

???? You will only be qualifying WARM leads. You will NOT need to talk to any clients or prospects on the phone. You will NOT need to cold DM as we have automation doing that. We have training, scripts, and SOPs for everything, you just have to execute the process

DISCLAIMER: We DO NOT want to work with an agency, a freelancer with 15 clients, or anyone who isn't willing to go ALL IN on working with our team here.

? Responsibilities will include:
Joining team huddles/meetings
Ready to be personally trained by CEO + COO who were mentored by 8-figure co-founders
Qualify incoming WARM leads (through DMs)
Send qualified leads to CRM
Track KPIs & metrics
Collaborating with the team and improving
