Property Home Buyers is a rapidly growing real estate investment firm specializing in wholesale real estate. We buy, sell, and wholesale properties, and we’re looking for a highly motivated, resourceful, and driven Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key player in our company, you'll work closely with seasoned real estate investors, manage key tasks in the property acquisition process, and directly contribute to the success of our business.
We’re looking for a Rockstar Virtual Assistant who is not only highly intelligent and experienced but also self-driven and passionate about the real estate industry. This is a fast-paced, high-output environment where the ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Deal Management: Assist with identifying, analyzing, and managing wholesale real estate deals, including liaising with sellers, buyers, and contractors.
Investor Relations: Communicate effectively with potential and existing investors, answering questions, sending updates, and helping close deals.
Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Help source new opportunities by prospecting sellers and buyers via phone,
CRM Management: Use real estate platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Podio, REI Blackbook, etc.) to manage leads, contacts, tasks, and deals.
Transaction Coordination: Oversee the details of closing transactions, including document preparation, following up with title companies, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Sales & Negotiations: Handle negotiation calls and
Market Research: Conduct property analysis, comparative market analysis (CMA), and stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document organization, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Systems & Process Improvement: Recommend and help implement systems and tools that increase the efficiency of the business and improve workflows.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience working with real estate investors and wholesalers. You must have a strong understanding of the industry, including knowledge of real estate contracts, negotiations, and the wholesale process.
Sales-Driven: A strong track record of sales or business development experience. You must be able to prove your ability to close deals and generate leads in a competitive environment.
Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled with real estate platforms (Podio, REI Blackbook, PropStream, etc.) and productivity tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to clearly communicate with investors, sellers, buyers, and tea
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects with precision.
Highly Organized: Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proactive & Independent: Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and take initiative without needing constant supervision.
Sales Focused: A sales-driven individual who is comfortable working under pressure to close deals and meet targets.
Results-Oriented: You must be highly goal-oriented with the ability to drive results and contribute to business growth.
Proven Track Record: Proven success in a similar role with results that demonstrate your ability to handle the responsibilities outlined above.
