JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a skilled, creative, and data-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing VA to take a well-established real estate brand to the next level. This is not a post-and-go job — it’s about building and executing a real estate publicity strategy that consistently generates qualified leads, supports long-term brand authority, and leads to actual closed transactions.

You’ll be responsible for creating and managing a quarterly and annual content roadmap across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, then breaking that into weekly content tasks and tracking performance weekly. You’ll write video scripts and content prompts (I will be on camera), optimize content for search, and continuously monitor what’s converting and why.

This role is ideal for someone who understands search-driven content, audience intent, and how to turn organic attention into pipeline — all without relying on a big ad budget. Our goal is to build an efficient, high-performing content system that nurtures both first-time homebuyers and 7-figure income, luxury-level clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Develop and manage a quarterly content strategy with weekly campaign breakdowns
• Write scripts and outlines for YouTube videos, Reels, and short-form educational content
• Research top-searched, high-converting topics in real estate and local markets
• Optimize content using YouTube SEO, hashtags, and keyword targeting
• Create and manage content calendars across YouTube, Instagram, GOOGLE, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Identify what platform/content type generates the highest ROI, and scale it
• Track content performance, lead sources, and conversions — report weekly
• Strategically recommend low-budget paid ads or boosts to support visibility
• Recommend visibility opportunities (news features, collabs, authority positioning)

Compensation & Benefits (included here — please read carefully):
• $6–$7/hour, depending on experience and strategic ability part time to start-based on results - to FULL TIME

You’re a Fit If You:
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience planning content with a funnel mindset (not just scheduling posts)
• Know how to track results using UTMs, form fills, tags, or CRM exports
• Can write clearly and persuasively in a warm, professional brand voice/
• Are fluent in content marketing principles and platform analytics
• Are driven by measurable growth and take pride in producing results
• Have experience with YouTube management or building a real estate/luxury brand
