Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST

About the Role
Equismart Lending is looking for motivated and confident cold callers to join our growing real estate team. Your primary responsibility will be calling homeowners, qualifying leads, and transferring interested clients to our acquisitions or lending team.

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, excellent English, and a professional phone presence who are ready to start immediately.

Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to property owners
Follow provided scripts while sounding natural and conversational
Build rapport quickly with potential sellers
Gather property information and qualify leads
Accurately update CRM notes and call outcomes
Transfer warm leads to the sales team
Meet daily call and lead generation goals

Requirements
Previous cold calling or sales experience preferred
Excellent English speaking and communication skills
Confident and professional phone presence
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Ability to work independently
Experience with real estate, wholesaling, or lending is a plus
Coachable and goal-oriented mindset


Compensation & Training
$4 USD/hour
Paid training provided
Biweekly payouts
First payout will be issued after the first week worked
Long-term opportunity with room for growth
