Faithful Insurance is hiring a highly organized, fast data entry specialist to process insurance quotes.

This role requires speed, accuracy, and the ability to work across multiple systems at once.

What You’ll Do:

* Review client info from emails and websites (ex: Zillow)

* Gather property details online

* Enter data into insurance company websites

* Work across multiple browsers and tabs at the same time

* Process quotes quickly and accurately

* Take detailed notes and avoid repeating mistakes

* What We Need:

* Very fast and accurate typing

* Comfortable multitasking (email ? website ? carrier system)

* Strong organization and note-taking skills

* Fast learner

Problem solver who can think independently

Does NOT repeat mistakes

Requirements:

Reliable internet

Quiet workspace

Dual monitors strongly preferred
