We are looking for a Quality Control & Performance Assistant to help maintain our internal standards and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, systematic, and passionate about optimizing processes to help a growing company perform at its best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the team activity and ensure that all work is at our internal quality standards
- Monitor performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Provide constructive and clear feedback to tea
- Maintain accurate reports and records of group activity
- Collaborate with management to identify and correct processes bottlenecks
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Strategic thinker who is organized, responsible, and comfortable working independently
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools is a plus
- Background in quality control, auditing, or operations
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- Full-time: 8 hours/day, 6–7 days/week
