Quality Check & Size Chart Specialist

About the Role
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to manage two simple but important processes: requesting quality checks from suppliers and creating size charts for our e-commerce products. This is perfect for someone who wants straightforward, repetitive work with clear daily tasks.
Your Responsibilities
Monitor store analytics for products reaching 5 orders, then request quality checks from suppliers (photos, material, size charts, variants) via ----------
Create and add size charts for new products: find existing charts online/on platforms, convert measurements if needed (using ChatGPT), and add to BF Sizechart app
Update and maintain a tracking sheet with product links, stores, task types, status, and completion dates
Communicate with suppliers via ---------- and ensure all materials are logged correctly
What We're Looking For
Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
Comfortable using ---------- , Google Sheets, and basic web tools
Ability to work independently and manage your own time
Good organizational skills with ability to track multiple tasks
Basic English communication skills for supplier contact

Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
Familiarity with product sourcing or supplier management
