Your Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be at the heart of our commitment to excellence. Your key responsibilities include:

Quality Assurance
Provide continuous feedback to employees to enhance performance.
Recommend improvements and preventive measures.
Review and monitor the quality of different promotion campaigns

Quality Control
Monitor KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly.
Set clear expectations for goals and projects.
Address and resolve issues affecting quality standards
Identify and resolve internal operational challenges.

In-House Training
Track and document personnel’s progress in training programs.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Develop and implement QA preventive measures.
Ensure visibility of employee work for transparency.
Create and refine issue-resolution processes.
