QBO and Zoho Books Accountant

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST.

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable with QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books, can prepare and file Quarterly and Annual US Tax for us and will work on monthly audit/reconciliation.

We have been using QuickBooks online for 4 years and this year we use Zoho Books for our other business. We are in need of someone to fill in the vacant position of accountant to prepare our quarterly and annual US tax and do monthly audit (reconciliation).

As we have a bookkeeper already, we will just need another pair of hands to help us with the processing and submission of US Tax, and dealing with monthly audit/reconciliation, making sure we are on the right track of our finances records.

We are looking for a well-experienced accountant who is very much experienced and has a strong knowledge of US Taxation Law, preparation, and filing.

This is a part-time position but hours can grow every taxation month from January to March.

What we need you to do and the requirements for this job:
- US Taxation Law
- Preparing and Filing of US Taxes
- CPA is a bonus
- should have past experience working on a US account/client
- someone who loves numbers
