Ross Media Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented QA Lead Engineer to oversee QA Task and manage midlevel QA for ClipNET, our powerful AI-powered platform for livestream creators and video editors. You’ll serve as the officer level manager for the QA team — handling code checks, manual testing, and automated testing. You'll work closely with the Project manager to reach project goals and the QA team to ensure quality.

You’ll oversee the end-to-end quality assurance operations for ClipNET, ensuring that all features, pipelines, and deployments meet our reliability standards across backend, ML, and frontend systems. You will coordinate closely with developers, log and verify task completion, and ensure every release is stable before it reaches staging or production. This role is central to maintaining platform stability and ensuring ClipNET continues to deliver a seamless experience for creators.

Responsibilities include:

• Review, test, and validate backend API routes, ML output, clip processing pipelines, and UI behaviors
• Coordinate with backend, ML, and frontend developers to verify task completion and request fixes when needed
• Maintain detailed logs of bugs, regressions, and QA findings across sprints
• Manage and delegate tasks to QA testers, ensuring timely coverage and consistent standards
• Oversee staging environment checks prior to production deployment
• Update and refine internal QA procedures, test plans, and acceptance criteria
• Communicate professionally with developers, PM/Founder, and team leads to keep tasks moving
