We are looking for a QA Engineer to own quality assurance for our web app and Chrome extension, which helps ticket brokers buy and resell tickets more efficiently. AI is at the core of our product, and a strong understanding of AI tools, suites, and effective prompting is essential. You’ll be responsible for manual and automated testing, ensuring stability before production, and monitoring app health through tools like Datadog, PostHog, and Sentry.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & QA Automation – Design and execute manual & automated tests to catch issues before deployment.
Pre-Release Validation – Ensure new features and updates don’t break core functionality.
AI-Driven Quality Control – Understand, test, and optimize AI-powered features within our product.
Monitoring & Issue Diagnosis – Use Datadog, PostHog, and Sentry to catch and diagnose issues in production.
Bug Tracking & Fixes – Log issues in Linear, collaborate with React & Golang developers, and validate fixes.
Documentation – Maintain test cases, document QA processes, and provide feedback on improvements.
What You Should Have
3+ years of QA experience (manual + automation).
Familiarity with testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
Experience with observability tools (Datadog, PostHog, Sentry).
Deep understanding of AI tools, prompting, and automation techniques.
Ability to collaborate remotely and work in an agile environment.
Nice to Have
Experience testing browser extensions.
Familiarity with React, Golang, and API testing.
CI/CD pipeline experience.
Experience in Live Events / Ticketing Industry (pulling tickets, broker's assistant, inventory management / Lysted / Skybox , fulfillment / Automatiq)
Work Setup
Remote, full-time (Philippines-based).
Must have 3-4 hours overlap with the team’s working hours (Pacific Time).
