Role Overview

You will take clear requirements (PRDs) and turn them into:

Working AI workflow systems
Fast demos for sales
Production-ready agent systems

These systems:

Ingest data (CRM, email, APIs)
Move through defined workflow states
Use AI for decision-making
Trigger actions (messages, updates, follow-ups)
Log and track everything
Example Project

Build an AI agent that:

Ingests inbound leads
Qualifies them using AI
Drafts personalized outreach
Updates CRM
Schedules follow-ups
Tracks workflow state end-to-end
Required Stack

You must be strong in:

Python (advanced)
FastAPI (or similar)
PostgreSQL / Supabase
Async jobs / task queues
API integrations (CRM, email, etc.)
LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar)
