We source and supply products primarily within Europe, with a smaller portion of our goods coming from Asia. We are an growing team looking for the right long-term person to grow with us. This is not a short-term project. We want someone who will truly own this role and become a key part of our operations for years to come.

About the Role
You will work closely with our Inventory & Operations Manager based in Europe to support our purchasing department and take ownership of our inventory management system over time.

What You'll Do
- Place, track, and follow up on purchase orders
- Coordinate sea freight from Asia to Europe and road freight within Europe
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Set up, optimize, and manage our Cin7 system — this is the core of the role
- Grow into fully owning the inventory management side of the business

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years hands-on Cin7 experience, including setup (please do not apply without this)
- Strong English skills — written and spoken
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Available to overlap with European business hours (CET/CEST)
- Comfortable communicating daily via Slack

Nice to Have
- Experience with Cin7's financial/accounting features
- Background in freight, logistics, or supply chain
