JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized Purchase and Sales Order Manager to manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You’ll be responsible for creating orders, following up with vendors and clients, updating deliveries, and creating daily reports to keep everyone updated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order Management:
- Create and manage purchase orders in QBO.
- Communicate with vendors to track deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Keep delivery statuses updated and handle discrepancies.
- Sales Order Management:
- Create and track sales orders in QBO.
- Work with clients and sales teams to process orders.
- Update sales orders with delivery info and ensure customers are happy.

Communication:
- Regularly follow up with vendors and clients to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Provide daily updates to clients on their order status.
- Reports and Documentation:
- Generate daily reports on POs and SOs.
- Track inventory and update clients on stock availability.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, invoices, and deliveries.

Problem Solving:
- Address any order-related issues (delays, discrepancies, etc.) quickly and efficiently.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience working with QuickBooks Online to manage POs and SOs.
- Strong communication skills in native American English (minimal Filipino accent preferred).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to follow up with vendors and clients effectively.
- Experience creating reports and managing inventories in QuickBooks.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Preferred:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with tools that integrate with QBO, like Zahara or SOS Inventory.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail.
