JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Self-Publishing Creative Assistant to support our growing self-publishing business. This role requires a highly motivated individual with advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) who can bring innovative ideas to our publishing projects. In addition to creative tasks, you will also provide essential administrative support such as calendar management and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative & Publishing Tasks:

Ghostwriting: Assist in crafting compelling content and supporting the development of written materials.
Cover Design: Design eye-catching book covers that align with our brand and attract target readers.
Interior Formatting: Prepare and format book interiors for publication on Amazon KDP, ensuring a professional and polished final product.
Video Editing: Edit promotional videos, book trailers, and other multimedia content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Adobe Creative Suite Expertise:

Utilize Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for designing marketing materials, layouts, and book content.
Collaborate on creative projects, providing input on design concepts and layouts.
Administrative Duties:

Calendar Management: Organize and maintain schedules, including deadlines, appointments, and publishing milestones.
Client Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processing of project details.
Coordinate communication between teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a creative or publishing role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in Adobe Creative Suite.
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro is required.
Familiarity with ghostwriting, book cover design, and interior formatting for Amazon KDP.
Strong creative eye and a keen attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with administrative tasks such as calendar management and client onboarding is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
