JOB OVERVIEW

Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and persuasive writer to support our business development efforts by submitting strong, tailored applications for contractor or fractional roles on Upwork, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other online platforms.

We’re seeking a self-motivated individual who can identify the best-fit opportunities and craft compelling submissions that position our firm and talent pool for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify relevant contract roles across Upwork, LinkedIn, Indeed and similar platforms
Write and submit high-impact proposals tailored to each opportunity
Customize profiles and credentials to align with specific job requirements
Maintain a submission tracker and monitor proposal outcomes
Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and strategy

Requirements:

Excellent writing and communication skills — a persuasive and professional tone is a must
Experience submitting proposals on freelance platforms (especially Upwork)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
Familiarity with HR, recruiting, or staffing language is a plus
Reliable internet and ability to work independently and remotely
