Property development assistant

Opportunity for a Virtual Assistant with our property development company based in the UK.

We're looking for someone who can help identify and qualify potential property opportunities using property software and mapping tools. The role would involve:

* Reviewing property data and maps to identify potential development or acquisition opportunities
* Adding suitable properties to our deal pipeline/CRM
* Carrying out basic property analysis based on predefined criteria
* Producing short summary reports on each opportunity
* Maintaining accurate records and updating pipeline information

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and online mapping tools, and able to follow a structured process.
