Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Property Sourcing Specialist to lead our efforts in identifying and evaluating new property opportunities. In this technical role, you will utilize Dominion’s bespoke system and a suite of research tools to find properties that meet specific criteria such as frontage, area, and zoning. Your work will be integral to our property acquisition strategy, and you’ll receive comprehensive training, along with the opportunity to earn bonuses for successful acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Identification: Use Dominion’s custom-built system and various research tools to identify properties that meet our specific criteria for development.
Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, property pricing, and new listings across Australia to ensure we’re identifying the best opportunities.
Data Analysis: Evaluate property data to determine the suitability and potential value for Dominion’s development projects and client needs.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on potential acquisitions, including in-depth property analysis and market insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisitions team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth property acquisition processes.
Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by gathering and verifying essential property information, including legal, zoning, and planning details.
Training and Development: Engage in continuous training to enhance your skills with the latest property sourcing tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

Experience in property sourcing, research, acquisitions, or a related field is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
