We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Property Sourcing Assistant to support our investment team. The role involves identifying suitable property opportunities, conducting due diligence, coordinating with agents and partners, and helping ensure deals progress smoothly from enquiry through to offer. The role will also include project management of the properties you source.

Candidates with UK property experience are strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities
• Source property investment deals according to the clients criteria including B2L, BRRR and more
• Conduct due diligence: pricing comparables, rental estimates, refurb checks, licensing considerations
• Prepare property summaries and deal packs for review
• Arrange and track viewings, surveys and follow-ups
• Support offer negotiations and manage communications with agents
• Project Manage active deals and flag risks, delays, or missing information
- Communicate case progression with clients
- Verbal and written communication with third parties including estate agents, solicitors, surveyors etc
• General research and admin support to the acquisitions team


Requirements
• Experience in UK property sourcing, lettings, investments, or similar (preferred)
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Confident communicator on phone and email

• High attention to detail and ability to spot issues early
• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, Google Drive/Docs, and email tools

- Ability to work under own initiative
- Keen to learn and develop


Desirable
• Knowledge of property investing e.g. buy to let, BRRRs
• Understanding of valuations, yields, and basic deal analysis
• Experience liaising with agents, builders, solicitors, or brokers
